Painted Unhappy in Edmonton, Alta. writes this customer review about Steady Painting & Decorating Ltd.
I used this company to paint the interior of my home. I asked them
not to paint one room in the basement which they went ahead and
painted anyway and ended up charging me for. They used my dining room
chairs as ladders and got paint all over them. When I brought it to
their attention they said they would take care of it. After phoning
and complaining at least half a dozen times they never did fix the
chairs. They did not offer me a discount for their negligence either.
I will never use this company again and would not reccomend it either.
