Fed Up in Ottawa, Ont. writes this customer review about Asian Design Sourcing.
Have tried to get two replacement pieces (under warranty) for Gazebo.
Company is responsible for providing customer with aforementioned
pieces. Have now spent 6-7 MONTHS calling every week - 2 weeks that
the pieces will be sent. Nothing has been done. Promised it will be on
next shipment week after week. Promised to be called with tracking
number. No calls ever come back with tracking number or status of
shipment. When called back to follow up, nothing has been done.
Different story every time, HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL company.
Manager Megan was spoken to once and apologized profusely and said
how embarrassed she was of the situation, again made promise to ship
that day but never heard from her again. When called to follow up I
was told to deal with Pawan. When nothing arrived, asked to speak with
Pawan and was told she no longer worked in customer service. Was told
to deal with Tamara. Tamara made promise after unaccomplished promise
and more run around.
This company is completely unacceptable, unprofessional and
unreliable in all aspects. Delivery, organization, customer service
and integrity are non existant and should be dealt with.
