Dissatisfied in Victoria, B.C. writes this customer review about Dalron Home Improvement Ltd.
Dalron Home Improvements was hired on August 15 to install an
aluminum awning.
I was directed to dig in cement footing blocks in specified
locations as the work would be done next week. $1200 down payment was
demanded and sent August 16 [2010].
Excuses were given and the job was delayed to the week of august 30,
more excuses delayed again to the week of September 6, then September
16 and finally September 27/28. When that day came and went, I gave a
last extension to October 2 or I would require a refund. The job was
not done.
Dalron Home Improvements agreed to refund the entire $1200 down
payment on October 4.
After more than 3 weeks and multiple phone calls I received a cheque
for a portion of the down payment.
I contacted another company to do the awning and it was completed
within 2 business days.
As of today, December 7, Dalron Home Improvements still owes me part
of the down payment.
I would not recommend this company to anyone.
