Crystal did not honor the products which were to be included as
part of the Copic classes that I took in May/June 2009. I was told it
was sent and then she said it must have got lost in the mail and was
going to resend right away but this is October 15, 2009 and I still
have not received anything.
I would not recommend this business that does not honor its class
outlines.
