Looking For New Supplier in Thunder Bay, Ont. writes this customer review about The Office Supplier.
I have had many dealings with this company, too many within the past
6 months through my employment. Alas, I do not get to choose our
supplier. In regards to business practices - plain and simple, bad. I
have placed orders and have had to wait weeks for fulfillment,
sometimes no even getting our order and have had to go elsewhere. As
to staff - unbelievable. At times pleasant while most of the time rude
and discourteous. While inquiring into delivery of supplies and
products have been ignored or simply had someone snap at me over the
telephone. Management is terrible. This man is probably the most vile
and unprofessional person I have had to deal with ( furniture
related). Our office is now in search of a new supplier.
