In September of 2010, my wife and I purchased a full bedroom set from
Bedzzz (mattress, box spring, two dressers, nightstand, and bed
frame). We arranged to have everything delivered the day after we
moved into the apartment in October [2010]. Their "professional" movers came,
and in the process of delivering the set, not only incorrectly
assembled the bed frame, causing damage to the bed frame, they also
dragged the bed, fully assembled, with the mattress and box spring on
it, tearing holes in the floor. It is now December, the company has
taken no steps to fix the floor, no steps to fix the bed, and has
provided nothing remotely resembling customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM
THIS STORE. All they will do is take your money and hide. They have
stopped returning phone calls and emails, they refuse to provide
access to higher levels of management, and outright refuse to discuss
the matter at the store level. Instead they have referred us to their
so-called service department, which is who has been ignoring our phone
calls and emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE *!
