I have lived at cencourse for about 5 years. When I first moved in it
was great clean And if you had a problem it was dealt with right away.
But, for the past couple of years it has gone downhill, it is dirty
security is terrible, nothing gets done its got bedbugs and other bugs
and rats running outside of the doors it is filthy in the back by the
dumpsters it is just disgusting. Everyone is complaining but nothing
changes. It is supposed to be a seniors building but you see a lot of
other age groups as well, cops have been here on numerous occasions. I
think DMS property should take more pride and care here, it is known
as a dump to live at now. Something should be done about the
conditions.
