Pinetree Lodge & Cabins customer Reviews & Ratings:

Erica M in Thunder Bay, Ontario writes this customer review about Pinetree Lodge & Cabins.

I'd rather sleep in my car than stay at these cabins again. Who ever takes reservations is one of the rudist people I have dealt with, I should have taken that as a warning.

The cabins look nice from the outside, but the floor would have been more comfortable than the bed and good luck getting a steam of hot water strong enough to wash your hands never mind taking a shower.

The furnishings are more like my university apartment, when I couldn't afford to have matching anything, but I didn't have mice in my apartment, which is why I slept on the lumpy mattress than the floor (*).

Until they get new management who acutally cares about their customers, I would stay as far away from this place as possible.

Chris M in Traytown, Newfoundland and Labrador writes this customer review about Pinetree Lodge & Cabins.

We were driving down from Grand Falls Windsor and booked the cabin early in the morning for that night. I clearly stated to the individual taking our bookings that we would be very late getting into the camp ground.

When we arrived at 10:15 pm, they stated that they had a policy if you were not at the camp ground by 7:00 pm they would give away your accomidations.

Nothing was mentioned about this on the phone (even though they took my credit card number to reserve the cabin)and they did not apologise.

We had to drive an hour in the dark to Clarksonville, on the moose invested road to have accomidations for the night.

Dissatisfied in Traytown, N.L. writes this customer review about Pinetree Lodge & Cabins.

I stayed at this lodge during the summer. If only they spent as much money on the rooms as they did on the photographer. This place looks great on the website, and it's barely recognizable once you get there.

The room we booked was really expensive, and really tired. I think the mattress was about 50 years old, and none of the furniture matched. It's as if they hit every garage sale around to buy their furniture.

Mike in St. John's, N.L. writes this customer review about Pinetree Lodge & Cabins.

Meh. It looks great on the webpage, but get ready to be disappointed. The staff are lazy and rude, the rooms are nice but overpriced, and the food sucks.
